Social Media Management | Content Creation
Being one of the two members of the Social Media Engagement Unit, I was the gatekeeper for the brand's content on Facebook, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. I also vet monthly content calendars submitted by our agency, rewrite copies sent by overseas stations and pitch ideas to increase our social media engagement rates.
Additionally, I help design collaterals and edit videos for various stations and departments like Loyalty Marketing and Inflight Entertainment. The most fulfilling part of my internship was launching my own Facebook contest during the Christmas period, with the intention of thanking SIA fans for their continuous support.
